Fulfillment Policy

1. Subscription & Model Usage

MK1 provides a framework for building guided reasoning AI systems. Access is available through the following subscription plans:

• Guided reasoning developer plan: Subscription plan for $999 per month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing based on specific business requirements

Additional usage costs will be charged based on the set spend limit.

2. Refund Policy

Cancellations are immediate, and may be initiated either by the customer at any time, or by MK1 should we find the customer in violation of our Terms and Conditions. As a general policy, MK1 does not provide refunds for subscription or usage costs.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Access to services will be terminated immediately
• Any outstanding usage charges will be billed in the final invoice
• All customer data will be handled according to our data retention policy

4. Delivery Policy

Access to MK1's services is provided digitally and activated immediately upon successful account creation and payment processing (if applicable). No physical products are shipped as part of our service offering.

5. Return Policy

As MK1 provides digital services, traditional returns are not applicable. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and encourage users to reach out to our support team for issues or concerns.
